Cathay has confirmed that it will honor Marco Polo Club Green benefits through the end of a member's membership year. However, all Asia Miles members who don't belong to Marco Polo Club will become Cathay Green members in July.
My suggestion would be to contact your local countries' CX desk by email and ask there. They will probably need to ask Cathay HK also, though, then, you have another entry, probably more direct, with probably some more influence, than a CX call-center in the Philippines.
