You must find the breaker panel to disable Maglock in Dead Island 2. To do this, follow the lead wires from Maglock. Often the breaker is not very far from the Maglock, so you can quickly find it. Then use any method to break the breaker panel. For example, you can break it with some kind of melee weapon or ranged weapon.
