Any 360 can get the RROD. But the ones with the smallest chance are the Jaspers and Kronos. Those are the most reliable ones you can get. Even more reliable than the slims. I have a Jasper and a Kronos myself and they are solid. Slims are a good option as well but they have a higher chance of dying than the ones I mentioned.
Ppl just need to get their facts right. "Red ring of death" is an indication of "hardware malfunction". Yes, is that vague. And it can go from a blown mosfet that prevents feeding the right voltages to different parts of the motherboard, to a dead chip like the southbridge, to a short on the USB ports, to a cold solder below the XCPU or XGPU, and so on.
